Are the Packages and Memberships Refundable?

The Packages are NON-refundable and NON-transferable.

Can I Freeze my Annual Membership?

Freezing of Annual Membership is allowed for a maximum of one month and once. Also, the full amount must be paid before you can freeze the package.

Does the membership include New Year’s Eve?

All Annual/Limited & Unlimited Membership is valid on all year except New Year’s Eve (December 31)

If I Purchase the Membership or the Packages, How Many times can I do Spa treatments a week?

Facial is only once a week 60 minutes.
Massages is only once a week 60 minutes.
Moroccan Bath is only once a week 60 minutes.
